How to request a refund

1. Email support@mansculptstore.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once the return is received, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost.

For hygiene reasons, returned items must be cleaned before shipping back.
